A six-session embodied learning journey for people in leadership who identify as women, transgender or non-binary to explore their relationships to power. In a small and intimate group, we explore our relationship to power, the pressures to adopt dominant ways of leading, and how we envision and embody radically healthier, more collective, and more transformative ideas of leadership power. We also examine ways our experiences of gender and gender identity intersect with other aspects of power that can show up (or not show up) in our lives and leadership – in helpful and unhelpful ways. This training is offered in collaboration with Louise Pitre Coaching & Consulting, and can be done as a 3-day intensive or weekly over six weeks.
