How to shift the power narrative

For established and emerging leaders who want to learn to step into their power in ways they can feel great about.

In this training, we explore a framework for integrating more nurturing and restorative ways of addressing power in our everyday lives and workplaces. The Reimagining Power Framework was created by Brook Thorndycraft and Louise Pitre over many years, influenced by many authors and teachers. It aims to help leaders shift their narrative about power, from one of dominance and extraction, to a story of collaboration and shared leadership. The framework includes a list of twelve leadership behaviours and explores how we might reimagine how we practice our leadership power for more equitable and relational organizations.
